Job responsibilities:
1. Develop and continuously improve technical support plans, assist sales personnel, provide technical guidance and feasibility analysis for project implementation, pre-technical risk assessment of projects, cooperate with R&D and related departments to analyze and solve difficult problems;
2. Feedback and track technical support, client needs and product problems, summarize and promote successful cases; ;
3. Responsible for technical communication with customers, analysis of customer needs, to provide customers with typical technical solutions;
4. Study the application cases of the same type of products of the industry and competitors, and promote the improvement of the company's technical application plan;
5. Make product technical training and assessment system, organize regular technical exchanges, etc.
Job requirements:
1, electrical, electronic, communication, automation and other related bachelor's degree, more than 3 years of DC power industry or electronic measuring instrument research and development or technical support management experience;
2, have the work experience of establishing 0-1 technical team;
3, hard work, good conduct, sense of responsibility, team spirit, strain, expression ability.
